Thank you again for being part of this magical project of Beethoven 27.

To ensure smooth administrative processes for both parties, please complete this form carefully. It contains personal information, contract information, and billing information.

Regarding billing and reimbursement of travel costs, please read following carefully and act accordingly.

Self-employed: 

• you are self-employed and have your own company/VAT number.
• your invoice includes your fees and, if applicable, travel costs all together. Cost must be accompanied with payment proof (invoice, orders, tickets, ...)
• invoices are received digitally via Peppol for all Belgian self-employed individuals. Foreign self-employed individuals and companies are requested to also submit their invoices digitally, via Peppol where possible. If not, please e-mail your invoice to admin@leconcertolympique.eu.
  
  

You are not self-employed: 

• If you are not self-employed, we ask that you work with a local employment agency in your country of residence to receive your compensation. This way, your taxes and social security contributions will be calculated correctly.
• Belgian musicians based in Belgium can work with Amplo.(https://planning.amplo.be/)
• Your travel expenses must be claimed directly through us by means of the 'Expense Claim Form'. Complete this form completely and attach all receipts. Only PDF formats are accepted.

Important invoicing instructions

We ask anyone who issues us an invoice to consider our billing instructions. 

A1-certificate

• For temporary work abroad, you need certain certificates such as an A1-certificate or a Certificate of Coverage. The application is made in your country of residence.
• An A1 certificate (or declaration) is required to prove in which country you are covered by social insurance during temporary work in another EU/EEA country or Switzerland. It prevents double premium payments, proves social security coverage (sickness, unemployment), and prevents fines during inspections.
• The application is made by yourself if you are self-employed or by the employment agency if you are not self-employed.
• The certificate should be available prior to the start of the production.
